We’re so glad you’re joining us for the 2025 ACX Master Class!
Class starts next week, and we’ll be contacting you just prior to that with your first week’s materials and further information.
For now, there are two things you need to do to make sure you’re ready for class:
- download your welcome PDFs, (below) and
- whitelist our email addresses (below the download links) so you get all our email messages.
Please download these two PDFs:
Before you do anything else, download these two PDF files and review them – they’ll give you information you need to prepare for the class.
NOTE: we may update the material for the upcoming class. If so, we’ll send you updated content then.
Click on each link, and the PDF will open in a new tab. You can (and should) download them from that display page:
2025 Winter ACX MC Welcome and On-Boarding Guide (display/download)
2025 Winter ACX MC Detailed Curriculum and Schedule (display/download)
Once you’ve read through them, pop over to the Facebook Mastermind group (registration directions are in the On-Boarding Guide) and/or the On-site Mastermind group to introduce yourself! Tell us all who you are, where you’re from and a little bit about your journey, no matter where you are, in audiobook narration and production, and any experience you have with ACX.
Please whitelist our email addresses (very important)
Much of what we send you is messaging via email. It is imperative in today’s world of anti-spam filters, ad-blockers and security software that our email gets through, and doesn’t get marked as spam, junk, promotions, social or any other throwaway label.
The best way to assure that is to mark our email addresses as known, friendly, and “not spam.” This is done by whitelisting our email addresses with your email service provider (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
To assure we get our email messages to you, please “whitelist” these three email addresses, which is a process that lets your email provider know that the email messages we are sending you are not spam:
If you don’t know how to do that, here’s a great article that will help you whitelist those addresses on services such as Gmail, Outlook, AOL, Protonmail and others:
https://clean.email/blog/email-security/how-to-whitelist-an-email
In addition, especially if you’re using Gmail or other free email services, be sure to add all three of those email addresses to the contact list your email service provides, like Gmail Contacts, etc.
Hotmail is particularly difficult
Hotmail gives us the most false “spam” or even non-delivery results. Add all of our email addresses to your Hotmail Safe List:
- Open your mailbox and click “Options” (upper right-hand corner).
- Click the “Junk E-Mail Protection” link.
- Select the “Safe List” link.
- Copy and paste one of our email addresses above into the dialog box titled “Type an address or domain”.
- Click the “Add” button next to the dialog box.
- Repeat this process for all of our email addresses.
If an email we’ve sent is in your Hotmail “Junk E-Mail Folder”, open the email and click the “Not Junk” button.
Finally, make sure that none of our email addresses are in your Blocked Senders list. You can access the Blocked Senders list by moving to Options >> Junk E-Mail Protection >> Blocked Senders List. If you see an email address that shouldn’t be a part of this list, select it and click the Remove button.
And that’s all you need to do for right now. We’ll be in touch…a lot!
There’s lot more information coming soon. Sit back, relax, get ready for four weeks of instruction and fun, and welcome to the ACX Master Class!
